The Good Works Team is a new group at Emmanuel. We have always come together as a church to help the community and members of the church. Recently, we formed a group of people who will be focused on finding ways for our church to have an even greater outreach to serve others throughout the year.

On the Right Side
Today I was listening to "The Briefing" podcast. On it Mohler discussed the connection between morale and dedication. He was explaining that a soldier with high morale is more likely to fight for his cause.
I thought how important it is for us as Christians to understand we are on the winning side. We know that Paul tells the Christians that "death is swallowed up in victory."
My point is, as a Christian, you are on the winning side. You are going to be victorious in the end. Be encouraged. Keep fighting the good fight of faith. Your dedication to the cause of Christ will be rewarded.
